SEWAGE: All lots will be served by on-lot septic systems. Each parcel includes at least one valid “perk tests”. New owners will be provided with a current SITE INVESTIGATION AND PERCOLATION TEST REPORT, showing the parcel suitable for an on-lot sewage disposal system, and guaranteeing a permit will be issued provided a proper sewage system design is submitted.
