ROADS: One lot fronts on Pinetown Road. All remaining lots front on Buttercup Lane or Lily Court, newly built roads. This road(s) has not yet been dedicated to the Township. Therefore, maintenance responsibilities are still the duty of the developer. All of the developer’s responsibilities have been met as of December, 2011. By February or March of 2012, these roads should be dedicated to Warrington Township, who will then maintain it. Driveway Permits from the Township will be required.
UTILITIES: Electric, telephone, and cable tv is supplied to the front of the lot
SEWAGE: All lots will be served by on-lot septic systems. Each parcel includes at least two valid “perk tests”. New owners will be provided with a current SITE INVESTIGATION AND PERCOLATION TEST REPORT, showing the parcel suitable for an on-lot sewage disposal system, and guaranteeing a permit will be issued provided a proper sewage system design is submitted.

WATER: Water is to be obtained by drilling an on-site well. Buyer is advised that any such well must be at least 100 feet from their own and any abutting neighbor’s septic system or approved “perk site”
